These farmers do not get benefits

According to the official website of PM Kisan, institutional land holders will not get the benefit of this scheme. Former or present occupants of constitutional post. Current or former minister, current or former MP, current or former MLA and Legislative Councilor, current or former mayor of a municipal corporation, current or former chairman of Zilla Panchayat. At the same time all working or retired employees of Central or State Government or Central or State PSE except Multi Tasking or Group-4 or Group-D employees. All pensioners receiving multi-tasking or monthly pension of more than Rs 10,000 except Group-4 or Group-D. Farmers who have filed income tax in the previous assessment year.

They cannot get the benefit of PM farmer

Professionals like doctors, lawyers, engineers, CAs and architects will not get the benefit of this scheme even if they do farming.

Even if your farm is named after your father or grandfather, you will not get direct financial assistance of Rs 6,000 every year. To get the benefit of PM Kisan Yojana, land should be in your name. If you do farming with other’s land on rent then you will not get the benefit of this scheme.
